For this task, I wanted to use some unconventional sounds, but the old time theme made me come back to what it should sound like. There was freedom to use dramatic and poppy sounds because of the old theme, which could add some comedy. I used the tascam for some of the audio, but I had to take sound effects from the internet because I do not have a horse at my disposal. It was hard to link the footsteps of the people because they varied quite a bit, but what I found was when people walk faster, it is easier to link footsteps because they almost overlap. For some of my previous works, I used the tascam for all of my sound effects, but I found it is easy to use some online because here is more at my disposal. Below are some screenshots of what the process looked like when recreating the sound for this piece.
