This being my second year in Cinematography, I want to step it up in terms of news. Some of the news stories being produced are a little too small for me now. The problem is, there isn't much BIG news circulating the small town of Manchester. One idea I have for a news story is that there is a snowboard competition sponsored by the shoe company VANS being held at Mount Snow. Two of the competitors actually attend BBA, so I believe it could be interesting to interview them and get some footage of them competing. Another idea I have for a news piece is possibly going to the sound stage Muench was talking about and interviewing the people who are going to work there and what their plan is with the warehouse in Bennington. My third idea for a news piece is kind of a funny one. There is a Mac and cheese contest going on at the Bennington Farmer's market this weekend. I thought it would be funny to film some of these people making and eating the Mac and cheese being made.
